DIGITAL LICENCE

1. What you can do
When you buy a digital artwork you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download the file and print it for your own personal, non-commercial use, in your own home or office, up to the maximum print size shown on the product page. You may crop the image to fit a frame.
2. What you cannot do

• resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the digital file;
• upload the file to stock, print-on-demand or mockup platforms;
• sell prints or products made with the image (posters, merchandise, packaging, etc.);
• use the image as a logo, brand asset or in advertising;
• turn it into an NFT or token;
• use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

3. Commercial use
Use in hotels, restaurants, offices, interior design projects or resale of prints requires a separate commercial licence. Contact ninelgashop@gmail.com
4. Ownership
Copyright remains with the Artist, Ninel Galluccio Kurmahina. If you share a photo of the artwork in your space, crediting the artist is appreciated.
5. Breach
The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.
