TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE (Terms & Returns)

1. Seller
These terms apply to purchases made through revolutionaryroads.tilda.ws and the Payhip store of the artist. The seller is [FULL NAME / BUSINESS NAME], [ADDRESS], VAT no. [P.IVA / TAX NUMBER], email [EMAIL] ("the Artist").
2. Products

• Digital artworks: high-resolution image files sold for download, with a personal use licence (see Digital Licence).
• Original prints: fine art prints on plexiglass, [420 × 560 mm], sold directly by the Artist [signed, with a certificate of authenticity].

Images on this site are for preview only. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and printing method.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. For digital artworks, VAT is calculated by Payhip according to your country and shown at checkout [state whether the displayed price includes VAT]. Payments for digital artworks are processed by Payhip and its payment providers; the Artist does not receive or store your card details. For original prints, payment instructions are given after the Artist confirms availability [bank transfer / payment link].
4. Digital artworks: delivery
After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. No physical item is shipped. If you do not receive your file, check your spam folder and write to ninelgashop@gmail.com with your order number.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Digital artworks. Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. This right does not apply to digital content once the download has begun, if you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase you request immediate access to the file and acknowledge this. If a file is damaged, incomplete or not as described, contact ninelgashop@gmail.com within 14 days and the Artist will replace it or [refund your payment].
Original prints. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the print, without giving a reason, by writing to ninelgashop@gmail.com. [Return shipping costs are paid by: ___.] The print must be returned undamaged in its original packaging. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the print. [If a print is made to order or personalised, say so here: the right of withdrawal may not apply.]
6. Shipping of original prints

7. Intellectual property
Copyright in all artworks remains with the Artist. Buying a digital artwork or an original print does not transfer copyright. See the Digital Licence for permitted use of digital files.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Artist is not liable for the results of printing by third-party print services or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. [Dispute resolution and competent court information, to be completed with your advisor.]
